3rd Line Technical Support

On behalf of my client, I am looking to appoint 2x
Third Line Technical Support Analysts.

In summary:

* Support, planning,
Installation and Management of Local/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) &
Wireless Technologies, Telephony Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure,
hardware and software installation and maintenance.
* Provide specialist advice on
projects and policies including their implementation.
* Investigate and resolve a
wide range of highly complex IT issues and be capable of managing
Trust-Wide IM&T technical projects.
* Deal with a range of
technical duties some of which will be undertaken within procedural
guidelines and others will be highly complex problem solving tasks
requiring critical analysis, research and reporting.

To be successful you must have the
following skills and experience:

* Expertise in the ICT
infrastructure,.this includes, but is not limited to, the installation,
support and administration of local/wide area networks, wireless networks,
operating systems, database systems, e-mail systems, ICT security systems,
telephony systems, Internet IP technologies, data sharing and backup
solutions.
* Experience of Microsoft,
VMWare, Alcatel Voice and Networking.
* Experience from within the
NHS or healthcare sectors.

Job Type : Contract/Interim

Location : Bristol

Salary : 140 - 180 per day
