The Roles - Regional Service Delivery Manager x3 (Radiology / Medical Imaging Systems)
Following expansion, they now seek to recruit three commercially astute Regional Service Delivery Managers, responsible for the delivery of service to key customers within the radiology and imaging sectors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for building and nurturing all relationships with key customers, regularly attending meetings and providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of KPIs (including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction) and financial delivery within set budgets. The successful incumbent will also be an instrumental driving force in attempts to grow and develop all service revenues throughout their radiology and imaging operations.
Your Background - Regional Service Delivery Manager (Radiology / Medical Imaging Systems)
To be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a background within a service management, service delivery management, regional service management, radiology services manager or imaging sales account manager role and must have extensive knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging systems (x-ray, CT, MRI or ultrasound).
A strategic thinker with a proven track record in radiology, you will bring with you the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed in this demanding and exciting role. Utilising this organisations excellent reputation for providing quality products and their 'brand leading' status as a platform, you will foster key relationships with the customer and meet all service related operational obligations.
