Direct Sales Executives - business to consumer on-site sales - selling employee benefits schemes.
20k Basic 30-60k OTE uncapped + Car/Car allowance + excellent benefits + all expenses and accommodation paid for.
Ideal for direct business to consumer or business to business field sales.
Involving extensive regional and national over-night travel.

Working for a well established and reputable employee benefits organisation who offer a comprehensive range of flexible and voluntary benefit schemes for multi-national company staff workforces, managing the benefits programmes from idea through to creation, communication and delivery.

You will be assigned to working on-site with various clients in order to sell the benefits schemes and incentives to their company employees. The main objective of this role is to introduce and explain all employee voluntary benefit programmes to individuals and groups of employees at client companies across the UK, and achieve maximum membership for particular enrolment programmes and future products. This is a fast paced sales role requiring determination, confidence, ambition and drive. You will need you to be a natural rapport builder who is capable of speaking to people at all levels and in all kinds of environments - Managers to shop floor. You will be a confident sales person and have no problem approaching a group of people in order to discuss your product and then sign up individuals on a one to one basis. Although very rewarding, this role is demanding and will require you to stay away from home Monday - Friday most weeks for which all expenses will be paid. You will also be given a company car so a full UK driving license is essential.

Essential criteria
Direct business to consumer or business to business sales experience.
Customer facing sales experience.
Experience of working towards sales targets.
Must be happy with extensive travel and staying away Monday to Friday.
Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
Maximum of 6 points on driving license.
No bans on license in the past 5 years for Drink Driving, Insurance or Maximum Points convictions.
Stable CV and employment history.

Suitable backgrounds
Will consider Credit Cards Sales, Utility Sales, Satellite TV Sales, SME B2B and other Direct Sales.
May consider Cosmetic Sales, Travel Reps and Mobile Phone Sales.
May suit experience within temporary blue collar/industrial recruitment.

In return
Basic salary guaranteed at 24k for first 4 months, thereafter 20k basic + commission - 30-60k OTE
