Our client is a highly successful and busy property organisation who has an opening for a Client Liaison Officer

Main Duties

Produce a list of potential lapses for both Life insurance and General Insurance.

To contact all Consultants to advise of potential lapses and obtain their agreement that they will contact the client.

To ensure the Consultant has precise information as to all customers' policies.

To maintain a follow up process and ensure Database records updated accordingly.

Making appointments for Consultants to enable them to review customer requirements on a face to face basis.

To maintain a pro-active approach to each call, recognising opportunities (where appropriate) to promote other services.

To ensure all customer contacts and information complies with current data protection regulations

To provide clear, concise information to customers at all times.

To keep up to date with the full range of services provided by the Company.

Essential Skills

Customer Service experience

A professional and personable manner with the ability to liaise at all levels

Competent skills in Word and Excel

The ability to work in a team environment as well as the ability to use your initiative and work without close supervision
