PA and administration co-ordinator

AWW is an award winning architectural practice and we are seeking an organised and experienced PA and administration co-ordinator to join our friendly Bristol office.

Job description

The successful applicant will have the following attributes and experience.
PA experience
Excellent level of Microsoft office suite ability
Exceptional written communication skills
Copywriting experience (sample of work may be required)
Typing skills (minimum 40 words/min)
Experience with Adobe
Excellent organisational skills
Marketing / PR experience desirable
Self-starter

The role:

The role will primarily provide PA support to the eight directors of the company and general team administration duties.

Other responsibilities will include:
Reception one day a week
CRM management
Marketing and PR support
Bid and proposals support
Managing awards submissions

Your working hours will be 9.30 - 18.00. Benefit package includes Healthcare and Pension contributions.
